Got a story in you? Come and write with us!
Roding Valley U3a Creative Writing Group is a friendly place to share stories, poems, memories and ideas. You don’t need to be an experienced writer—or bring anything to read at your first meeting.
We meet on the first Wednesday of each month, 10.15 am–12.15 pm, at The Hub, Loughton Methodist Church, 260 High Road, Loughton.
We welcome interest from Loughton and the surrounding area, including Woodford, Buckhurst Hill, Epping and Chingford.
There’s time to hear one another’s writing and a short, fun writing exercise. We listen and encourage; we don’t critique.
Have a look—and a listen—to some of our work below .
