What makes Michael's Chair Yoga Unique - in his own words:
- I understand Your Needs
As a 76 Year old, I personally understand the challenges that come with aging. I know what it's like to face arthritis, joint discomfort or difficulty with mobility , and that allows me to connect and genuinely support my students.
- I Adapt the Postures to Suit YOU
With decades of experience teaching yoga in a variety of settings , I've mastered the art of adapting postures to meet individual's needs. This ensures that everyone , regardless of their physical limitations , feels included and gains the benefits they're seeking from yoga
- Everyone Feels Welcome
My classes are designed to make every participant feel welcome and capable. Whether it's modifying a posture or offering encouragement , I prioritise creating a safe and inclusive space for all.
- Yoga that's FUN and ENJOYABLE
Drawing from my background in teaching yoga to children and young people , I bring a playful and creative energy to my classes . This UNIQUE touch makes each session enjoyable , uplifting and truly one-of-a-kind.
- Yoga for Every Body -Literally!
My mission is to ensure that yoga is accessible to all seniors , regardless of experience or physical ability. Together, we'll explore the benefits of yoga in a way that works best for YOU
