PRIVACY STATEMENT

The information you provide to the Roding Valley u3a, via membership forms, email, telephone or letter, will be stored securely on paper and/or computer and used as follows:

• To communicate with you as a u3a member.

• To share with the Committee and group convenors (and group members for those groups that you are a member of).

• To send your general information to the Third Age Trust (the national organisation to which u3as are affiliated).

• To supply names and addresses ONLY to carefully selected outside companies for the distribution of our newsletter and Third Age Trust magazines (Third Age Matters and Sources).

The lawful basis for collecting and storing this information is due to the contractual relationship that you, as a member, have with Roding Valley u3a.
