My classes are designed to make every participant feel welcome and capable. Whether it's modifying a posture or offering encouragement , I prioritise creating a safe and inclusive space for all.

  1. Yoga that's FUN and ENJOYABLE

Drawing from my background in teaching yoga to children and young people , I bring a playful and creative energy to my classes . This UNIQUE touch makes each session enjoyable , uplifting and truly one-of-a-kind.
